Horizons Central Coast Family Services is a not for profit, government funded organisation located in the Wyong Shire on the New South Wales Central Coast.
Our organisation is primarily funded through NSW Family and Community Services EIPP (Early Intervention Placement and Prevention) program.
We have a team of family focused case workers and skills development workers to assist families living with their dependent children and young people aged 0 to 18 years living in the Wyong Shire Local Government Area.
We aim to support families through a range of service activities e.g. information, referral, case assessment, skills development, parenting groups, case planning and management.
Horizons Team of Family Focused Case Workers are approachable and friendly, we strive to assist local families connect with services and agencies through information assistance, advocacy and referral.
Our services can be accessed through the Family Referral Service or you can self refer, just contact us if you have any concerns or issues and we will do our best to help you.
